This gorgeous silk & linen purse features a mermaid swimming in an underwater garden. She's stitched on 30 count linen in blues, greens and rose. Dupioni pockets provide storage for needles, scissors and other accouctrements and the top is the same Dupioni blue silk with a twisted cord closure. Finished entirely from the outside, you'll learn how to join linen to linen and linen to silk with ease.

This lovely mermaid was designed for CA's Legacy event on Martha's Vineyard in 2007 and you'll be able to change location and date easily.

This is a pre-stitching piece so we'll do the finishin during class. Your kit will be sent when we receive your full payment for the class. You'll be stitching the main band and the base (not shown) so that it can be put together during class.

If you should need assistance with pre-stitching you can get assistance either by coming to the shop or over the phone if you'll be attending from out of the area.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To sign up for one of CA's classes, please contact the shop via phone, fax, e-mail or register online. Registration requires the deposit amount to be paid at the time of registration. Be sure to give your contact information in case we need to reach you for any reason.

There are no refunds for cancellation of CA's classes so please choose wisely before registering. If we have to cancel a class for any reason your class fee will be refunded, less fees for kits received in advance.

C.A.'s kits are not available except as part of a class.
No exceptions can be made.
